【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthreemethodsforcarryingoutastackingtestonacomplete,filledtransportpackage,oronaunitload,usingastaticload.Whichevermethodisemployed,thetestmaybeusedtoassesstheperformanceofapackageoraunitload,intermsofitsstrengthortheprotectionthatitofferstoitscontentswhenitissubjectedtostacking.Itmaybeperformedeitherasasingletesttoinvestigatetheeffects(deformation,creep,collapseorfailure)ofstackingoraspartofasequenceoftestsdesignedtomeasuretheabilityofapackageoraunitloadtowithstandadistributionsystemthatincludesastackinghazard.Thetestmayalsobeusedtoinvestigateperformanceunderparticularconditionsofloading,as,forexample,whenthebottompackageinastackrestsonanopen-deckedpallet;orwhentheprofileofthesuperimposedloadiseccentric,aswhenitissupportedonthebearersofasingle-deckedpalletwhichrestsonacontainer.Forsuchpurposes,oneofthethreemethodsofcarryingoutthetestmaybemoresuitablethantheothers.NOTEAmethodforcarryingoutastackingtestusingacompressiontesterisgiveninISO12048.note:1)ISO12048,Packaging—Complete,filledtransportpackages—Compressionandstackingtestsusingacompressiontester.
