【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportisapplicabletoalltypesoflibrariesinallcountries.Limitationsontheapplicabilityofindividualperformanceindicatorsarelistedinthescopeclauseofthedescriptionofeachindicator(seeAnnexB).Indicatorsmaybeusedforcomparisonovertimefortheservicesprovidedbythesamelibrary.Comparisonsbetweenlibrariesandservicesshouldonlybemadewithcaution,takingintoaccountdifferencesintheconstituenciesofthelibraries,withgoodunderstandingoftheindicatorsused,andcarefulinterpretationofthedata.ThisTechnicalReportdoesnotincludeindicatorsfortheevaluationoftheimpactoflibrarieseitheronindividualsoronsociety.Throughoutthetext,thenamesofindicatorsareprintedwithinitialcapitalsforsignificantwords,e.g.WorkstationUseRate.Thishelpstodistinguishthenamesfromsupportingtext.
