【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesconstructional,functional,testingandmarkingrequirements,sizinganddocumentationofgaspressureregulatorsusedinthepressureregulatingstationsinaccordancewithEN12186orEN12279:Iforinletpressuresupto100barandnominaldiametersuptoDN400;--foranoperatingtemperaturerangefrom-20℃to+60℃,whichoperatewithfuelgasesofthe1stand2ndfamilyinaccordancewithEN437intransmissionanddistributionnetworksandalsoincommercialandindustrialinstallations."Gaspressureregulators"hereafterwillbecalled"regulators"exceptinthetitles.ForstandardregulatorswhenusedinpressureregulatingstationscomplyingwithEN12186orEN12279,AnnexZAlistsallapplicableEssentialRequirementsexcepttheexternalcorrosionresistanceincaseofenvironmentalconditionswherecorrosionislikelytooccur.Thisdocumentconsidersthefollowingclasses/typesofregulators:--class1:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-10℃to60℃;--class2:operatingtemperaturerangefrom-20℃to60℃;--typeIS:(integralstrengthtype);--typeDS:(differentialstrengthtype).Thisdocumentappliestoregulatorswhichusethepipelinegasasasourceofcontrolenergyunassistedbyanyexternalpowersource.Theregulatormayincorporateacreep(venting)reliefdevice,complyingwiththerequirementsinAnnexF.Theregulatorscomplyingwiththerequirementsofthisdocumentmaybedeclaredas"incompliancewithEN334"andbearthemarking"EN334".Thisdocumentdoesnotapplyto:regulatorsupstreamfrom/on/indomesticgas-consumingapplianceswhichareinstalleddownstreamofdomesticgasmeters;--regulatorsincorporatedintopressure-regulatingdevicesusedinservicelinesIwithvolumetricflowrate<200m3/hatnormalconditionsandinletpressure≤5bar;regulatorsforwhichaspecificdocumentexists(e.g.EN88,etc.);industrialprocesscontrolvalvesinaccordancewithEN1349.
