【摘要】:1.1ApplicationThisstandarddefinesthecommonnonconformancedatadefinitionanddocumentationthatmustbeexchangedbetweenaninternalorexternalsupplierorsub-tiersupplierandthecustomerwheninformingaboutanonconformityrequiringformaldecision.Therequirementsareapplicable-partlyortotally-whenreportingaproductnonconformitytotheowneroroperatorasuseroftheenditem(e.g.engine,aircraft,spacecraft,helicopteretc.),ifspecifiedbycontract.Reportingofnonconformancedata,eitherelectronicallyorconventionallyonpaper,issubjecttothetermsandconditionsofthecontract.Thisalsoincludes,whereapplicable,dataaccessunderexportcontrolregulations.1.2PurposeTheprocessofexchangingcoordinatingandapprovingnonconformancedataviawaiver/concessionorproductqualityescapevarieswiththemultiplerelationshipsandagreementsamongallpartiesconcerned.Theinformationprovidedbythisstandardformsanarchitectureforsubmittingandmanagingdatathatallowsforconciseandaccuratecommunicationusingvariousmethods.Themainobjectiveofthisstandardistoprovidethedefinitionofadatasetthatcanbeintegratedintoanyformofcommunication(e.g.,electronicdatainterchange,submissionofconventionalpaperforms).
