【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedforcompliancewithcompositionalspecificationsforsilicacontent.Itisassumedthatallwhousetheseprocedureswillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthatworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratoryandthatproperwastedisposalprocedureswillbefollowed.AppropriatequalitycontrolpracticesmustbefollowedsuchasthosedescribedinGuideE882.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofsilicainironores,ironoreconcentratesandagglomerates,andmanganeseoreintheconcentrationrangefrom0.5to15%.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuseroithisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
