【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC15504addressestheassessmentofprocessandtheapplicationofprocessassessmentforimprovementandcapabilitydetermination.Itdefinestheminimumsetofrequirementsforperforminganassessmentthatwillensureassessmentresultsareobjective,impartial,consistent,repeatableandrepresentativeoftheassessedprocesses.Resultsofconformantprocessassessmentsmaybecomparedwhenthescopesoftheassessmentsareconsideredtobesimilar.Forguidanceonthismatter,refertoISO/IEC15504-4.TherequirementsforprocessassessmentdefinedinthispartofISO/IEC15504formastructurewhich:a)facilitatesself-assessment;b)providesabasisforuseinprocessimprovementandcapabilitydetermination;c)takesintoaccountthecontextinwhichtheassessedprocessisimplemented;d)producesaprocessrating;e)addressestheabilityoftheprocesstoachieveitspurpose;f)isapplicableacrossallapplicationdomainsandsizesoforganization;g)mayprovideanobjectivebenchmarkbetweenorganizations.NOTECopyrightrelease:usersofthispartofISO/IEC15504mayfreelyreproducerelevantmaterialaspartofanyProcessAssessmentModel,oraspartofanydemonstrationofconformancewiththisInternationalStandard,sothatitcanbeusedforitsintendedpurpose.
